the theory of Evolution is the biggest absurdity and improbability in the history of science. The only thing Darwin and natural selection said was that given slight variation in a population, nature or enviroment would help out one kind or another among the poulation.
That is why the taller giraffe beat out the shorter giraffe, the black moth in the industrial city beat out the white moth, the bird with the bigger beak that could reach the worm won out.
All of a sudden we are told that species jumps into another species and ape to man. That is absurd. It is mathematically imposible. The probability of one cell being a product of random chance by irrational forces is mathematically improbable.
One has to abandon reason to believe in evolution.
How many agree?

The only proof scientists caim for the evolution of human beings is the beak of a bird or the color of a moth. That is irrational.

The Christian religion is truth. It is another conviction that explains the world.

rukidding: evolution is a theory used by atheists to remove God from creation. A christian is nuts and will lose his faith to believe in the absurdity of that idea.

The idea that given millions of years and many slight jumps and then makes the final jump is impossible. The complexity of one cell being a product of random chance by irrational forces is like 6 times 10 to the 173rd power according to a scientist I heard.

The only reason scientists do not question evolution and have to abandon reason is the fact that they don't want to believe in God.

Just to humour this, assume you are right in everything you say. The question I have for you, is how can you be 100% sure that the bible, in any of its forms is right without a shadow of doubt?
You are only basing your scriptures on what has been written over the last few thousand years by people who we know nothing about other than what we read, and could very well have found the bible to be a good novel for their time and decided to add passages, much like authors add their own stories to a successful book series these days.
Truely though, I have to believe with Goodly Devil and GMan on this one by saying that I love how a lot of die-hard religious fanatics say these things without any real evidence, and that you are ignorant of some of your own beliefs.

If you were right, then wouldn't there be tens of thousands of scientists queing up to tell us that evolution wasn't science. Heck, they'd have no problem disproving it either.
Now, let's look at reality for a second. There is practically universal acceptance of evolution amongst the scientific community. And you are misrepresenting evolution by dividing it into two areas (slight variation and species to species) when the two are the same thing.

Species do not "jump." It is a slow, step-by-step process. Some people choose to belief\ve in the notion of the "jump," but I suspect that those people choose this rather silly version of evolution because it is easily attacked.
If you feel like taking the risk of encountering ideas that might challenge your assumptions, read Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Almost Everything." It's a very clear exploration of the history of scientific knowledge written in terms a non-scientist would easily understand, if that non-scientist were able to entertain the possibililty of changing his mind.

What disaster?
It's simply a non-random, very gradual natural process of the change in alleles in a population.
So... let's recap:
1) It's NOT random.
2) It's a SLOW process (a.k.a., gradual).
3) Homo Sapien sapiens (i.e., modern humans) are from hominids. NOT apes. Apes are our cousins. Apes and humans evolved from a common ancestor that lived several million years ago.
4) It is the most widely accepted scientific theory in the world.
5) Less than 1/10 of 1% of scientists even CONSIDER creationism as a valid theory.
YOU are ignorant of Evolution. Please educate yourself about what it is. Don't go to creationist sites, read misconceptions of Evolution there, and BELIEVE them to be facts.

science doesn't claim to be right, therefore, it is constantly searching for the truth by studying the natural world, as new info. is discovered, theories are changed and modified to fit the new data, The theory of evolution is a well supported by numerous tests. Evolution is the cornerstone for the life sciences, without it, Biology makes no sense. Microevolution is observable, in the same way darwinian macro-evolution is also possible based on data.

I know its too big for your brain to wrap around, but that doesn't make it false. Evolution doesn't skip from species to species, it goes from one species, which evolves into a more and more effecient being over a period of millions of years. Why dont you learn about what it is first before arguing that it doesn't exist?
Of course there are a few holes in the theory, but not nearly as many holes as "God created everything, and thats it".

The vast majority of people I know who believe in evolution have not examined the evidence themselves, which is precisely the thing they accuse non-evolutionists of doing. Evolution has been taught as if it were proven fact for so long, that people accept it as proven fact, when it indeed is not at all proven. People have heard it thousands of times, so they accept it, that's all there is to it.
One more thing: if there is no God to be accountable to, then we are relieved of personal responsibility. Just do what seems right to you, and you're all right. After all, when you die, that's all there is to it. But to that, I ask: What if Christians are ritght after all?

people get so worked up about these things. christians AND non-christians. ya'll wack.
what i don't understand is how people believe that we all started off as monkeys. ok, ummm, how did a monkey evolve into white people, hispanic people, indian/middle eastern people, black people, and asian people? like the skin color and facial types?
evolution is just a theory. a THEORY. it's not the evolution LAW. i don't see why people don't get that CHRISTIANS BELIEVING IN GOD/CREATION IS THE SAME AS NON CHRISTIANS BELIEVING IN EVOLUTION. NO ONE HAS EXACT PROOF.
so stop arguing. for real.

Your post makes ZERO sense. And the poor spelling and grammer don't help it. Not to mention it's all rubbish. Evolution says man and apes share a "common ancestor", and the fact that we share over 95% of our DNA with them PROVES that. Only a fool would agree with your post. It's non-sense.

Evolution is a theory that has not been disproved or completely proved . It is based on observation and tests (i guess). But if anyone could disprove it , it will need to be changed or discontinued.
