All I can say is tell him how you feel. And just as soon as he gets tired of his gf, he probably will be running back to you. If that was me I would ask him again if he said no i would say can we be friends then that way the friend relationship can grow. so if I was you I would as him. And just as soon as that relationship grow, you two probably will be bf/gf
