Yes, it does include collection accounts you haven't paid. Be warned though, you need to check your state's statute of limitations. Even if an item is not on your credit report, enough time may not have passed for the creditor to sue you for the unpaid debt. The link below lists the time-frames by state.

It's 7 years from the date of the last payment....so if you didn't pay for 3 years and made a payment 3 years and 1 day...you just reset the clock.

Pull your credit....if there's an account 7 years or older you can dispute it stating it's beyond the statute. It will be removed.
