You can start by NOT broadcasting your butt pimples on the internet! Then go to a doctor and have it checked out. How do you expect some Yahoo Answers nerd to help you?

It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

I use tea tree oil for any sort of blemish I have. It's VERY strong, so you only dab a small bit over the blemish, after you wash your face, and use your usual moisturizer. Don't use it all over your face or it will dry your whole face out. You can buy it in a small vial for 5 dollars at Wal Mart. It is antibacterial, made of plants, and works overnight for me. But, I have to stress this once again, use sparingly!

Whatever you do, do not pop the pimple. If you pop it might get infected, and of course keep her hands away from your face. Oil from your hands will irritate your skin. Try puting "gold bond" that stuff somehow drys my pimples, but dont forget to wash your face first. And if that dosen't work go to see a dermatologist.

Go to the dermatologist. Get the new laser treatment for acne.
If it's green, it's apparently infected, so you should pop it and cut it off.
