had a 2 hour delay yesterday, and was sitting in my high schools band room when annoying @ss kyle comes up and sits behind me. He proceeds to put his dirty @ss shoes on my shoulder. I push them off and he puts them back on. I was grossed out. He likes to insult me calling me fat and ugly ( im not fat). He unties my shoes, copys my work and likes to insult my friends. Sometimes hes normal. he will say something and we have a convo for a little. Hes in 6 out of 9 of my classes. He gets really mean to my friends and tells them to shut up. Im like them or me. Hes like your voice is fine hers is like nails on a blackboard. He also eavesdrops on my conversations and asked me where in Arizona does your sister live when I never even told him she lived there! I had told my friend! Why is he mean alot then nice to me?

It sounds like he is pretty confused about who he is and is taking it out on you. He definately seems to want your attention, so maybe he likes you but isn't able to be honest. Either way it's rubbish for you to have to put up with this person, so stick with your friends and ignore him completely. he will soon give up if you all make a pact to not react to him.
