You could always get a a diaper for yourself and save her the 30 seconds you know.
I have made the rules very clear to my brother and daddy.

We are selfish by nature, and teenagers don't see the big picture. I think she seems normal. As people mature, they should outgrow their inconsiderate behavior and I'd not worry if she is considerate of others the rest of the day. If not, I'd have a talk with her about respect for other's time, and common courtesy.
I remember rushing around in the mornings getting ready for shool, and when I was ready, I expected everyone else to be ready to go too. Too bad we can't see thru someone else's eyes when we are younger. Thanks for the chuckle.

Well, she is at that age where her looks mean everything to her and she wants to look her best. She's only young once and as long as your ok with the way she looks then I wouldn't worry to much about if you have to give her an alarm clock to get her to wake up a few hours before you do so she can take her time and so can you.

You let her be the boss - that's why. Set a time schedule for her morning prep encourage her to do what she can in her room (she can blow dry apply make -up , paint nails, etc.) Also remind her she is not the only person who lives in your house and she needs to learn to be more considerate. Good Luck!

Because you're not taking proper control ove rthe situation. Tell her that she just needs to manadge her time better and that it's her own fault if she's late. Buy her a mirror for her room (a small one is really only needed) and tell her to do her makeup in her own room.

Send her to a boarding school, like Miss Porter's School in Farmington, CT. You'll be surprised how fast she'll learn to discard all the bad habits. ;-)
