Not only do I have the recipe but I found a video that will help you.

I think I may have to run out and get the ingredients and make some myself.

Pina Colada recipe




Scale ingredients to servings
3 oz light rum
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 tbsp crushed pineapples






Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a collins glass and serve with a straw.
And you can serve it with this cake.

Pina Colada Cake Recipe
This pina colada cake from Laurie is made with a cake mix, pudding, Coco Lopez coconut, rum, and pineapple.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon rum
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
whipped cream, pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, toasted coconut for garnish
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix 1/2 cup cream of coconut, 1/2 cup rum, oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in drained crushed pineapple. Pour into a well greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan. With a table knife or skewer poke holes about 1 inch apart in cake almost to bottom. Combine remaining cream of coconut and rum; pour over cake. Chill thoroughly then garnish. Store in refrigerator.

Ron coco (coconut rum)

I put the rum in a blender with ice cubes added the pineapple juice and blended it until it was slushy. I would also put in a shot of milk to make it creamy. If you feel adventurous you could also put some crushed pineapple in the blender also.

The grocery store has a bacardi frozen mixer and all you add is the rum.

I make mine by using a can of pinapple juice,one can of coconut milk and 1 tray of ice cubesand of course rum whatever amount you want to enter.Put all items in a blender until smooth.Enjoy.
