Pray and tell God everything, Check in with God several times per-day. Read the Bible. Seek believers of God, do not allow anyone to crush your faith.
Ask Jesus into your heart and have Him lead the way.

The reality behind the word, "God", is everything that you are. It is the truth of you, beneath your insistence that you are separate from "Him".
you never left God, nor could you. You use the power of God to form your cells, molecules, atoms, and the world as you know it. With each breath, you declare your life as one with "His"; you are a god in chemical clothes. Stop thinking so much, and just be.

You get to know God by reading the Bible. Start with one of the Gosples and then read Romans. One you understand the heart of God and recieve the holy spirit you can talk to him yourself.

Pray, read his word, meditate on his word and ask the Holy Spirit to open your spirit eye and spirit ears. Sometimes if you're still and quiet you'll see and hear exactly what you need. Praise and worship draws him near to you. Remember his sheep know his voice!

it's not just about reading the bible, or going to church every sunday. you have to start a relationship with god, make him your friend. he loves you and everyone that doesn't believe in him too. talk to him, he will listen. tell him your problems, ask him for help, thank him for his neverending grace. thank him every morning for allowing you to wake up to a new day. let him act and work through you, be compassionate to people, love people, and accept those that ridicule you because they do not know what they are talking about. he is a pretty cool guy once you get to know him!

God is in heaven. Heaven is on the other side of the firmament. The firmament is in the sky at a height which a long ladder (Jacob's) or a tall building (Babel) can reach. Maybe if you got a lot of balloons you could float up.

Start reading! There are thousands of books out there about God, different religions - in addition to the Bible. Seek and ye shall find......but seek your OWN truth. Come to your own conclusions. Don't believe something because someone says you should....believe it because YOU believe it.

Depart from your wicked ways and ask the Lord to come into your life.
Ask the Lord to forgive you of your sins and do the very best that you can to remain obedient towards the Lord and live righteously before him all the days of your life.

Draw nigh to God and He will draw hear to you. God said that and I assume He means to read His word and pray and follow what He says.
