When my son went to daycare I would bake homemade banana bread. THe thing was I used to pack so much good stuff it. I would add grate carrots, almond extract, ginger, raisins, chunks of fruit, walnuts, it was a great way to have him eat a healthy snack. Sometimes I added chocolate chips to make it special.

Those Dora or Trix yogurts are good
Also, carrots dipped in ranch dressing
Nutripals protein bars
banana
Pollyo string cheese
celery with peanut butter
my son's favorite - cheese doodles (not healthy though)

For a meal:
lunchables
pb and j
cheese and crackers and a fruit
pasta with butter and chunks of chicken
spaghetti
tortellini in alfredo sauce
spiral tricolor pasta with butter and a little marinara and parmesan cheese
rice with sloppy joe mixed in and some veggies

Great question. I also feel like I run out of ideas sometimes for my 22 month old, so I look forward to seeing what other people answer as well. Some things that I feed him include (all of these cut up very small): hotdogs, corn dogs, chicken nugets, fish sticks, pb&j or cheese sandwiches cut in 4 triangles or squares. I do try to include as many healthy snacks/meals as possible so that he isn't consuming as much processed food. For this, he loves cut up bananas, apples, pears, even some of the canned fruit or veggies work - mixed fruit in light syrup, sliced carrots, green beans, peas, etc. or even frozen veggie blends. I also cook mini carrots so that they are soft and safe for him to eat. Another good one is eggs - these can be made so many different ways: hard boiled, or scrambled in a bowl and microwaved (1 min per scrambled egg) and then cut up. My son likes the scrambled kind with shredded cheese mixed in. Sliced cheese is also a good snack. Not to mention there are a ton of different crackers out there. My son likes the graham cracker sticks and keebler snack sticks. I've also cut up fig newtons, or toast/frozen waffles with butter or peanut butter. Yogurt, apple sauce, oatmeal, spaghetti o's, jello, or leftovers like pasta salad, tator tot hotdish, rice, etc. Usually he can eat what we do if we just cut it up into safe size bites for him. Ha, I came up with more than I thought I would. Hope this helps some!

I sometimes struggle with this, but some of the things my 21 month old eats for lunch are: yogurt, bean based salads, pasta, peanut butter, hummus on bread, deli meats/andwiches, leftovers from dinner, quesadillas (just shredded cheese on a tortilla - mexican grilled cheese!) and soup. She loves soup. She's not in daycare, so I'm not sure how many of these ideas would apply. For snacks, we do popcorn, fruit (grapes, canteloupe, clementines, apples), goldfish crackers, grape tomatoes, graham crackers.

Anything you would eat only in a smaller portion. That's how my son eats, he's 13 months old, and the doctor says he's one of the healthiest babies he's seen. No fast food, obviously, but sometimes it could be as easy as some baby ravioli and peas, with maybe a cut up banana for dessert.
