May the peace, blessings and mercy of God be upon you
I am a Muslim and I will explain this to you
Firstly, we believe that as long as you are a believer in the Oneness of God (a Muslim) then all the sins you CAN be forgiven, but they can only be forgiven by God's mercy on you.
You should truly repent for the wrong that you have done, here is a an explanation with an authentic hadith about what to do if you sinned
140. There is not any slave of Allah who commits a sin, then he perfects his ablution and stands to pray two Rak'ahs of prayer, then seeks Allah's forgiveness, except that Allah will forgive him.
Reference:
Abu Dawud 2/86, At-Tirmithi 2/257. Al-Albani graded it authentic in Sahih Abu Dawud 1/283.
Repentance and seeking forgiveness
248. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "By Allah, I seek the forgiveness of Allah, and repent to Him more than seventy times in a day.
Reference: Al-Bukhari, cf. Al-Asqalani, Fathul-Bari 11/101.
249. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "O people, repent to Allah, for I verily repent to Him one hundred times a day.
Reference: Muslim 4/2076.
250. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: Whoever says:
'Astaghfirullaahal-'Adheemal-lathee laa 'ilaaha 'illaa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoomu wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi.
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him, Allah will forgive him even if he has deserted the army's ranks.
Reference: Abu Dawud 2/85, At-Tirmithi 5/569, and Al-Hakim who declared it authentic and Ath-Thahabi agreed with him 1/511. Al-Albani graded it authentic in Sahih At-Tirmithi 3/182. See also Jami'ul-'Usool li-'Ahdaith Ar-Rasool 4/ 389-90 checked by Al-Arna'ut.
251. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "The closest that the Lord comes to the slave is in the last portion of the night. So, if you are able to be among those who remember Allah in this hour, then be among them."
Reference: At-Tirmithi, An-Nasa'i 1/279 and Al-Hakim. See also Al-Albani, Sahih At-Tirmithi 3/183, and Jdmi'ul-'Usool with Al-Arna'ut's checking 4/144.
252. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "The closest that the slave comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so invoke Allah much (in prostration)."
Reference: Muslim 1/350.
253. Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "It is a heavy thing for my heart if I do not seek Allah's forgiveness a hundred times a day."
The angles also seek forgiveness for us,
[040:007] Those (angels) who bear the Throne (of God) and those around it glorify the praises of their Lord, and believe in Him, and ask forgiveness for those who believe (in the Oneness of God) (saying): "Our Lord! You comprehend all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who repent and follow Your way, and save them from the torment of the blazing Fire!
The important thing is that you cannot just seek forgiveness and then continue doing the bad thing, you have to change your ways and work righteous deeds, (deeds done for the sake of pleasing God)
Yes, it is true that two angels are recording our deeds always, and on the Day of Judgment our deeds will be weighed. It is said that those who are believers, will confess their sins to God on the Day of Judgment, and will fear his punishment but God will forgive their bad deeds and allow them Paradise for believing in him.
[050:016] And indeed We have created man, and We know what his own self whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge).
[050:017] (Remember) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions).
[050:018] Not a word does he (or she) utter but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).
Peace Be With You

Allah is all merciful. If you do something, and you either didn't know it was wrong or realized it was wrong only afterwards, Allah has already forgiven you.
HOWEVER, if you have done something wrong with the knowledge that it was wrong, and later on regret it, you must repent, with the promise to Allah that you will never repeat the offence again. REPENT by praying, making duaa, giving charity. You must be sincere.
“Say: 'O My slaves who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [Soorah az-Zumar (39): 53]
Hadeeth 1: Umar Ibn al-Khattab (radhi allahu anhu) relates that some prisoners were brought before Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) and amongst them was a woman who was frantically searching for someone in the crowd. When she found a baby amongst the prisoners, she took it in her arms, cradled it next to her chest and suckled it. So Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said: "Do you think that this woman would ever throw her child into the fire?" We said: 'By Allah, Never!' So he said: "Allah is more merciful to His believing servants than that mother could ever be to her child." [Saheeh al-Bukharee (10/426) and Saheeh Muslim (18/80)]
Hadeeth 2: Abu Hurayrah (radhi allahu anhu) relates that Allah's Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) said: "Indeed, before Allah created the creation, He decreed for Himself, 'Indeed My Mercy prevails over My Anger.” [Saheeh al-Bukharee and Saheeh Muslim (17/68)]
“And never give up hope of Allah's Mercy. Certainly, no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve.” [Soorah Yusuf (12): 87]
“And whosoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allah's forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [Soorah an-Nisa (4): 110]
“O you who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance.” [Soorah Tahrim (66): 8]
“And those who, when they have committed Fahisah (illegal acts) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins; - and none can forgive sins but Allah. And do not persist in what (wrong) they have done, while they know.” [Soorah al-Imran (3): 135]
“And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil until death faces one of them and he says: 'Now I repent.'” [Soorah an-Nisa (4): 18]

Very funny.
Is that a Christian sin or a Muslim one?
Oops it's my sin. I'm vain.
Before you can assume a sin is a sin you need to define a sin.
Is assassin?

Judging by the evidence, it seems that their forgiveness involves explosives, stoning women, or be-headings.
