I think what you are trying to ask is why do we beleive in Young Earth Creationism when we have fossil evidence that there were creatures who lived millions of years before mankind?
The answer to that is, most Christians are not Young Earth Creationists. Most, like myself, hold an Old Earth perspective.

Creationists believe Dinosours were created at the same time as men and were mainly wiped out by noah's flood and the surviving ones died. this would explain the pile of bones found all mixed up.

The Bible gives no clear answer.
We can suppose however, they lived outside the garden of eden and helped in taming the wilds.
Adam was given the commission to 'subdue' the earth ....turn it into a paradise.
Many strong beasts, even today, are employed by humans for work purposes.

They were created about 6000 years ago to inhabit an earth that was very good. He created them because He wanted to. They did not survive the flood, because at that time the air became less dense, and less oxygenated, and so they could not survive.
