You mean like forcing your belief of non-confrontation and "live and let live"? :)

I'm only half kidding. These topics are all emotionally and spiritually charged -- things like the nature of good and the origins and meaning of our existence.

So of course there will be some wrangling and people trying to get other people to see it "their way."

Really, it's the most important topic on the planet. Everything else pales in comparison.

So I understand why people get emotionally charged and want to hammer away on talking points.

I believe that God is very real-Science has been a helpful thing- I think it is stupid to argue over different beliefs. If you don't believe in God just be quiet about it and if you do don't push and shove trying to make everyone believe exactly like you do. There you have my answer.

I don't necessarily believe those statements would be considered forcing one's beliefs. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and to express that opinion. Just because you may be offended by those statements or similar ones doesn't mean those thoughts are being forced on you. If you don't like those statements don't dwell on them...move on to something else.

Forcing is not good. We plant seeds, God takes care of the rest when the heart is willing to hear the Word of God.

My belief is that anyone not covered under Jesus' blood is going to hell.

This gives me quite a bit of motivation to give them the gospel.

Some people interpret it as "forcing their beliefs." Too bad for them - they simply don't see what they don't want to.

Because I'm right and your wrong and that's the way it is.

That's what I feel like people are saying anyway... just when I say it, it's true! :-P
