Maybe you can just go to the tournament. I don't know if it's different, but when I went to the Canadian Open when it was close from NY, I just went the day of the tourny and got tickets. I don't know if it's different at a bigger tournament. It probably is, but I guess you can always try.

Well, considering the tournament is half over I would suggest going to the course where the tournament is being played and try to buy off a scalper.

call the riviera golf course, its in pacific palisades (Los Angeles) they should be able to tell you about availability , cost , directions and advise on parking etc.
