Lock him up in a kennel when you are not able to watch him closely... If not you will be taking him to the vet to get all that out surgically.. The chicken bone can cause splinters any where internally, the candy can cause his blood pressure to rise and his heart to fail (because of too much sugar) and that napkins and paper can cause blockage in his intestinal track... Get him to the vet before its too late,,... they'll take an XRay to see if anything is serious!! Dont wait and dont let him eat anything fowl!!

Nothing wrong with a chicken leg, just take the small pointed bone off of the large bone to prevent choking. Never had a problem with chicken bones with my dogs back in Texas.
Now the other stuff just keep it out of reach especially the candy since some can be toxic to a dog. Sounds like he is Bord. Get some chew toys and replace whatever he is chewing with the toy as soon as you see him chewing paper or anything else, hopefully he will pick up on that and choose the toy instead.

Babe you should never allow dogs to eat any bone smaller than a knuckle bone or shin bone from beef. Small bones splinter and can get stuck in the throat or anus causing serious problems.
