i was at a party and i was very drunk and i went in my friends room to lie down. after a few minutes a couple guys came in and don't remeber what happened. later my friend told me that one of them said we had sex. at first i thought they must have been drunk too but it turns out they were sober. is this my fault or was it rape?

It was rape. If you cant remember it, you probably weren't even awake. Its a tough call, if you feel uncomfortable,I would contact a lawyer. Also the next day, Im sure you were able to know wether something happened. Were you sore or physically felt like something happened??
