aww well that was sweet. act like ur not interested. when ur around her make it seem like ur always having fun and just be nice to everyone. but don't be fake. cuz then if u 2 start dating u would have to continue to be fake. but just try to do things that will catch her eye. and dont act like ur obsessed with her

She said no what more do u need A big sign with neon letters? That was really sweet of u to give her that stuff though so mabye if you keep talking to her and hanging out with her she might begin to like you. Try becoming her friend first mabye and work your way up fromt here

Just give the girl some space and give her time. As you are friends you need to let the relationship grow. It will take some time. You just have to wait. Just ask her if she wants to be friends with you and if she says no, I'm sure there is another girl you are interested in. If she says yes than you have to be cool, calm, and smooth.

Well on valentines day that might be pretty overwhelming. Have you ever talked to her before? If you just show up on valentines day with the whole works it might freak her out because she had no idea you liked her. I would say get to know her really well (or better) then talk to her about your feelings.
