If you have been interested in her for more than a couple of weeks and she hasn't put out, she thinks you are a stalker.

If she tells you she doesn't want to speak to you anymore and you keep trying to. Or, if you do a background check on her, try to contact her family and friends, try to hack her computer, visit her workplace, home. Any uninvited or unapproved attention from a guy is stalking in most women's eyes.
