Firstly who's Blackwater ?
Generally if a group is not a national / internationally recognized army unit depending on local laws they could probably arm themselves with whatever that country / region allows Joe-average citizen to carry.

i might choose for to confirm if GW Bush turns a blind eye in this one. for an prolonged time, Bush have been accusing Iran for arming the Iraqi insurgents. Now Bush's very own inner maximum military (Blackwater) is being investigated for hands dealing to the Iraqi insurgents. the yankee conflict in Iraq is now initiating to coach its actual colorations. this is not a conflict for freedom, democracy, and against terrorism as they claimed. it incredibly is a conflict to make income.

They are a militarily legal. They have specific contracts with legitimate organizations. What would be illegal or at least a little disturbing is if they we start to back rebel organizations to help over-throw governments. I doubt this would happen because it would ruin their reputation and they would lose their legitimate clients.
