perspective...How can we truly...honestly forgive the most heinous slanderous imputations, assaultive behaviors, or even the age old favorite....Of being accused of something you didn't do? How about those who use Churches as gossip houses or as a "cover" for their own twisted ways of trying to ruin the lives of others? I know God's answer.....Let's see if yours coincides.

I believe that God was speaking about the children of Israel. and he said he would protect them. If you would give the exact text that might improve your argument.
The rest of your question is a conglomeration of personal opinion. Lots of things go on in the name of religion--not all of that "stuff" is faithful. The CHURCH is inhabited by people. People are not perfect. They(the people in churches) are subject to errors. If you are a believer who has been hurt by a church don't give up--maintain your faith. "Without faith it is impossible to please god" If on the other hand you do not believe--that is your choice--be happy in your choice.

As a christian and a human...
forgiveness isn't meant to be easy. There are things that have been done to me as a child that some could never forgive. My faith had to get to where I understood God takes care of things in his time not mine. When my faith and trust in Him was strong enough forgiveness was possible. All churches have their gossips and backbiters. I steer clear of them. When I can't I pray really hard for them. Alo, being accused of something I didn't do..He says turn the other cheek. Another words-He will take care of them if we endure the trial.

I'm not saying it is easy. I’m not even saying I would, could, or will. I am a fallible human being after all. I am saying that we should leave the penalty of sin to God. We can hold people accountable for the consequences of there actions here on earth, but the eternal density of a persons soul is God’s and God’s alone.

Jesus taught to love God first and foremost and then to love others. This means not judging and forgiving others because the rewards are not earthly spiritual in nature.

Blessings!

The Priest w/ Satan's entity, Savage Wolves are here among the flock. Ravenous wolves come in and begin to destroy the flock if they are not protected.

Jesus warned us, "For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.

With so many homosexual and ped@phile priests in it's employ, the Vatican is constantly looking for ways to cover for these perverts.

Well maybe it's okay to over time stop showing forms of hate like revenge to those crimes. Those people are wrong but God can love everyone but be disapointed in their actions can't he?

I believe that the definition of a god and the murders that God is depicted doing in the bible are in gross contradiction of one another!

God simply states that for no one to touch his annoited.

i.e, If someone sexually assaulted your daughter would you want her attacker to pay for what he did to your daughter?

Any father who loves his children would protect and avenge his children.

Try to look at it that way.

Salvation is through grace, by faith. If you have YAHOSHUA, you have life. If you do not, you are headed where your sins are, to the lake of fire that purifies the earth.
