There is nothing to do in Saudi besides Umrah or Hajj. Plus you need to get a visa, and it's hard. I only got one because I knew some people. But when you get there, you are limited to where you can go and what you can do, especially if you're a woman.
If you just want to be a tourist, go to Turkey. It's much more welcoming, Westernized enough that you'll be comfortable, but Eastern enough that it's exotic.

for Turkey. it depends on ur thinking about holiday there r a lot of touristic places u can find a hotel (20 usd daily) but u can find a hotel (1000 usd daily ) u can drink beer, cost is 2 dollar, u can drink beer cost is 15 dollar.
i want to see u when spending a lot of money ;) be good tourist and enjoy in heaven :)
but daily 100 -150 usd is enough for good holiday in Turkey

If your going for tourism go to Turkey if you wanna make Umrah or something then you have to go to saudi. Still for ticket prices you should try http://travel.yahoo.com
Or just try calling you local Turkish or Saudi Airlines agent.

try Gulf countries i.e. UAE (Dubai), Bahrain , Qatar or Oman as they welcome tourists. Saudi is beautiful but unfortunately they don't have tourism industry and it is strict country especially for women and hard to get in unless for visiting holy places.
