There is NO SUCH THING as a home remedy for depression.

Deprssion is a neurochemical imbalance and the best way to deal with it is by doing what you can to rebalance these neurochemicals. It takes a shrink to help to figure this out.

If you want to deal with this, you're going to have to see a shrink. And you need, absolutely need, to deal with this. Depression is miserable and depression kills. You may not feel that that's not such a bad thing right now, but it's a very, very bad thing, and among other things, it can prompt many of the people around you to copy your actions.

I have a child who feels the same way. How long have you felt like this? It may be a mood swing not depression if not that long. Also, hypoglycemia - low blood sugar - can cause many of the same symptoms - make sure to eat every three hours. Also B12, Omega 3, or Sam-Ecan elevate mood. There's lots of diet, meditation, suppliment things to try. Get on-line and do some research in these areas. Best of luck and PLEASE GET THE HELP YOU NEED!
NO - you are not fat!

No there isn't.
If there was, don't you think all the depressed people in the world would be walking around smiling by now?
It's like the pill guaranteed for weight loss- if it really works, why are there so many fat people.
You're a binger, honey. No one can force help on you but wouldn't you rather get help before you end up in a hospital?

A home remedy for depression would for you to talk to some one about what your depressed about. Also writing a journal is helpful. I know that might sound corny but i too suffer from depression and take pills for it! Writing what your thinking sometimes relieves our sadness. your welcome to email me if you'd like. I talk to counselors and therapist their wonderful. Your not crazy because you talk to them..... they are their to help you. So good luck! I wish the best on a cheerful and bright future. oh and those eating binges walk away from the food and do something also and no you are not considered fat for your size!

There isn't really a true home remedy, but try to eat well, get lots of sleep and exercise, and get lots of fresh air. A nice brisk walk can do alot to change a mood.
