When I get really cold and it seems like blankets and extra clothes don't work, I like to take a book into the bathroom and have a long soak in a hot tub. It warms me all the way through and then I feel much better. Great way to relax too.

When I get cold, which is often, i have a nice soak in a hot bath and it really warms me up. If it's bedtime and I have cold feet I fill a hot water bottle with hot water, wrap it in a pillowcase and put it down by my feet, it keeps my warm for hours. Hope this helps.

Wear warm clothes in layers. Thermal socks. At least two good blankets and P.J's when you sleep. Have a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of hot milk before you sleep.
Not eating properly can make you feel cold.

I sometimes put a dry blanket in the dryer and get it real hot, and then snuggle up in it! It feels so comfy warm!

make sure your feet, hands and head are covered. you lose more body heat through your extremities than any other part of your body because your blood goes to your core to keep your vital organs warm. move around a bit too.

As funny as it may sound...lay on the floor with a blanket and have your feet over a register on the floor (a fernace register) most of the heat stays in the blanket.

Increase your circulation along with warming agents. Like baths, hot liquids, and heaters. Alcohol will make you colder.
