Even though my cat has toys, and has loads of attention, if she finds a pen she will hide it under the front room rug, even taking them fron the kids bedrooms. Still at least i know where to find a pen when i need one.

ha ha ha ha... that is soooo cute. Perhaps your kitty has ambitions of writing his memoirs one day: "Memoirs of Cat in Suburba" or some such thing.
My two cats have this annoying habit of tossing their play mice straight under the couch or some other hard to get to places. Then they look at me expecting me to retrieve their silly toys. Then of course I do.

My cat has this string thing that he plays fetch with. It used to have a toy mouse on the end but the mouse flew off years ago and only the tail is still attached, with a bell. He also drops this into his food dish over night so it is there every morning for me to find. He also curls up on my left shoulder when I watch tv at night (never the right shoulder, I have tried) and while he is there he pulls out my earrings.

My 5 month old kitten runs around the house chasing invisible things. It's too funny because he knocks his head into the wall and keeps on going. He also plays fetch with a toy that he has. I can toss in across the room and 2 seconds later he drops it at my feet. My 6 week old kitty will sit on his back legs and play with his toys.

LOL thats funny. In my old house we had a corner cabinat in the kitchen and any cap or lid my cat could find she would play with for a while then slide it under the cabinet, when we moved there were a LOT of lids under there. She also has a love for straws. She will grab one right out your drink if your not careful.
Aren't cats great!!

My cat loves to try to figure out what's under it? Even does that little head tilt which is so darn cute! It doesn't matter if it's a blanket, towel, bag. She is very curious about pretty much everything and needs to know how it all works.

When my cat, "Columbus", was younger he used to lie down on the floor and reach a paw under the bathroom door to find someone. One day, he found my mother's socks by the opening and had a "field day" trying to get them through the hole to play with them. He's the love of my life and will be 21 yrs. old March 2nd.

All cats will show different personalties. I have three at the moment. One plays fetch but only with hair bobbles. Two of them have a fasination for straws. My youngest one eats feathers if i accidentally leave any around and she will also take her toy that we're playing with into the kitchen!

Yes, My sons new kitty snuggles likes to steel his Lego's out of their bin and hide them behind the couch. She leaves one of her toys in the food and water bowls when she eats/drinks like she is trading us or something. And recently she has taken to climbing on my entertainment center in my room were I put my rings when I take a shower or bath. And taking my diamond ring.At any given time there are at least 6 rings on that center and they only one she goes after in my extremely expensive anniversary band that has several diamonds in it.I would swear she is a reincarnated jewel thief.

Hmmm. Star (9/F) likes straws and marshmellow fluff (she'll open a bag of marshmellows just to lick them - fun party game with guests). Qui (9/F) will dance jigs for yeast rolls. Qui also likes to turn the radio off in the morning to wake me up (it plays ambient music all night). Tash (8/M) did nothing but sleep and eat until someone introduced him to the little furry mice (cheap, and fun). Kali (1.5/F) loves straws to the point of stealing them out of fast food cups. She is also known for stealing stuffed animals (normally bigger than her) and carrying them through the house like a mother cat carries kittens. Toby (6m/M) loves hair ties. My house is full of cats playing with everything except their toys, just like most kids. They all love boxes of any sort. Kali likes milk crates.
Cats are just furry children that eat off the floor.

My 13 yr. old lady cat will bring all kinds of things to me as gifts/bribes. She brings pens, crochet hooks, sm. stuffed toys etc. When she's trying to bribe my husband, she brings him things of his such as needlenose pliers, small screwdrivers, his pencils or whatever she finds on his desk. She takes her notions about who her favorite person is. When it is him, she'll actually hiss/snarl at me when I come into the room where he (&she) are. When he comes home from work, I'll tell her "your husband is home", she'll go flying to the back door to greet him. She is so sweet & funny. I just love her to death & she does know it. I'd tell you about the 2 boys as well but it would take too long.
