they told me I have to put up five times the monthly amount of the loan

IT IS A SCAM I sent them money and now they are saying they need more. I sent them 1050. They said they would refund my money march 9. But I doubt they will even be there then. I even had a lawyer call them to get my money back. We said we would sew them and they said if its a scam how are they gonna get sued and hung up. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!!! I AM OU 1050. They also called my cell and didnt realize they where still on line when leaving a message and made many statements to incriminate themselves. THIS SUX!!! Has anyone gotten there money BACK? If so what did you do....

This company is NOT listed with the Better Business Bureau. Their information is on the BBB website because of complaints they have received. But they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau as a company.
Has anyone sent this company money? Has anyone actually gotten their loan money in return?

Hi,
It is a SCAM. Do not give them your information. I have called the Maryland attorney general to see if they were licensed to give out loans or conduct any kind of business and they are not. I called the BBB and they are not listed but I am having them do a report on them and I filed a complaint. I also called the building they say they are located in and no one in the building has heard of them and when Southview loans faxed me my "loan Agreement" they blocked the number they were sending from. I called them about this and the csr I spoke with acted like it was a joke and was sarcastically saying "That must be a mistake" and he was laughing. I also spoke with sargent here in des moines iowa where I live and he said there are all kinds of scams like this all of the time and I was lucky to catch it.

I also have applied and was approved and because it is an unsecured loan they want you to put up the first 5 months for collateral. But I am trying to find out if they are a scam or not. I take it since they are not listed on scam.com as a scam I am hoping that they are for real. I know they are not listed with the BBB of Maryland. If you find out anything please let me know. Thank you

I was also approved for a 5,000 loan in which I have to put up collateral which is 4 payments totaling 900.00 bucks and that 900.00 bucks goes toward my loan. I checked them out with the BBB and they are listed there. They also faxed me a loan agreement with a return fax number. Im not sure wath to think about this

Has anyone ever dealt with Southview Loan Services? These people are
telling me that they can grant me a $25,000 loan (I have poor credit),
and all they need is 2500$ collaterall up front? Anybody got any info
on them?
Now if you are trying to borrow money why in the hell would you have to pay money up front its a scam you can check the better business bureau

No, but I would check them out at the better business breureau before using them---go to www.bbb.com
