Trust me the dentist wont give you a filling for them. First try rubbing your teeth with your finger, perhaps they are black pepper stuck in your teeth. If not, ask for a composite tooth layer from your dentist. I had mine done with that

Well if it is real small. Go to wal-mart tonite and get ACT restoring mouthwash and trident white sugarless gum. Start using them both now. They restore enamal. If the spot has not broken thru the enamal they may restore the enamal at the spot before dental work is needed. Try this till you can get into a dentist
which is going to be a week at least.
PS the gum is in the candy section. The mouthwash is in the toothpaste section.

have you tried cleaning it? If so and the spot won't come off it could be a small decay. Check with your dentist. They will take an x-ray and let you know if it is infact decay. Make sure to take care of it now while it is small before it get's worse!
