Hmmm, weird... Wrapper and all? Pump it's stomach first. If that doesn't work try putting the water hose down it's throat and running the water full blast to induce vomiting. After you are done try drying it off in the microwave (5 or 10 minutes ought to work but only medium power).
...Or you can simply take it to the vet if your dog starts acting funny but odds are it will probably pass...

It depends how big a piece and if she chewed it up a lot, you should really go to the vet and get an emergency Xray because plastic does not digest and will cause a blockage. That is very painful and a dog can't tell you they have a tummy ache. Call the vet in the am and just watch her tonight try not to feed her too much either until you talk the vet seriously
be very concerned

I would never discourage anyone from calling their vet.
Personally though if the dog doesn't seem to be in distress I wouldn't worry (I'd be concerned, but not worried). The level of my concern would be directly proportional to how much plastic she ate.
Keep a very close eye on her food and water intake (if she loses her appetite take her to the vet). And a very close eye on her uhh . . .output. If she's not pooping as much as she should be, take her to the vet ASAP, she might have a blockage and need surgery. If everything seems normal but you don't see the plastic in the next few days take her to the vet to get some x-rays to make sure it isn't blocking anything up. If the dog starts gagging or seems to be in any distress take her to the emergency vet clinic NOW! If she starts eating a lot of grass or other things that aren't food, take her to the vet NOW! (she's trying to settle her ouchy stomach)
This is a situation that can be nothing or it can turn serious. Be concerned, but not panicked. Keep a very close eye on your furbaby for the next few days. If in doubt, err on the side of getting her medical attention.
Hope this helps

Probably not. He cant digest a plastic spoon so it will attempt to pass intact and can easily lodge when it reaches the small intestines. And, aside from that, the broken ends of a plastic spoon are plenty sharp enough to cut his digestive system all the way from the throat to the anus. He needs a vet.

Unless she had trouble breathing, she began pawing at her mouth because something was stuck in her throat, or she is a small dog such as a chiauau ( I don't know how you spell it--sorry!), there should be no great trouble. Watch for her to pass it in her stool. Be careful where you put the paper next time so she can't get hold of it.

I'd only be worried if the dog is choking. If not, it should pass through. If you need to put your mind at rest, take him to the vet or call the vet and ask over the phone. good luck
