i was at a party and i was very drunk and i ended up passing out idk if i had sex before i passed out or afterwards. at first i thought the guy that did it was drunk too but it ends up he was sober. was that my fault or rape? idk please help me

You are responsible for putting yourself in a risky position by getting too drunk around dangerous people. But YOU are NOT responsible for the sex. When you are drunk.....you CANNOT legally consent to sex. CAN NOT. what he did was illegal and can be charged with rape. IT WAS NOT your fault. ill say it one last time. That is rape. Even if you consent while drunk....it is still legally rape. Being drunk negates your ability to consent to that or anything else. It was rape. Please get help with this. You need to talk to a counselor or adviser at your school, if you are in school. or go to the police. now. immediately. today. i mean it.....do this for yourself.

if he was sober and you were drunk and you can't remember everything. the nit could have been rape. it could have been you flirting madly with him but he should have realized you were drunk and not done anything.

Its considered rape to some extent.

no it wasnt your fault if you didnt know what you were doing and doesnt really seem like you do so yea it could be rape if he was sobber and he knew you were dunk

talk to others at the party. ask them what they remember seeing. how can sex happen when others are present, and at a party?
