why were we lucky enough to have computers, and born with opportunitys while theres people in africa and other countries who were born with diseases, no opportunitys, a horrible way of living. we have to be thankful for all our little luxeries. but what do they have to be thankful for? no clothes, no food, dieing family, diseases, no education? WHY WERE WE CHOSEN TO BE HERE, at this place and time? Its not fair to them. Why were we privelaged? Whats the difference between us and them?

Because we were put here with this stuff because we are the people who can make a difference for those who dont have it. We can cure diseases for others, and give them a better life by using what we are given. Go out and change the world!

No one chose for them to be like that! One day a long long time ago we were all poor working on farms, no t.v and so on, some of us evolved some of us didn't. I think thats something you should think about because you have your own problem i guess. If you have the time and the money, maybe you should go there and help out, you can try to reach people and send food in cans, you can even adopt a child from there. Life is just ugly but god didn't cause any of this, life did , we did, this is going to sound mean but if there so miserable, they should stop making babies. Think of it maybe helping them out would be sending dozens of cases of condoms!!! i know sounds mean!!! but im a nice girl, i have enough problems, i dont need to think about them. Im concerned about the global warming,,,, in 50 years say say we are going to be doomed!!!! maybe thats something you should worry about since it will affect you,,,,or your kids take care

You think Divinity has blessed you in your geographic location? *chuckle* Good things happen to bad people, bad things happen to good people, it's all in what you do with what you're given. Simple as that. It's sad the world works the way it does, but if Divinity had any power over, or at least the notion to change any of it, it would be changed. This is why I believe that all It has done is put Order to the Chaos.

There have been inequalities throughout time. Why? - Perhaps it's God's way to test us to see if we love our Brothers, as He loves us. Another person's needs gives an opportunity to those who have more, to show their love and compassion - which is what God expects from us.
God has given us all opportunity to provide equally for each other. He has given us the world and all of it's bounty.
It is man's decision and actions that create poverty, hunger, bigotry, murder, death, destruction, sorrow, misery and a longing for a better life.
God intended for all His creatures to love, prosper and enjoy the gift of life - and let us all remember that life is a Gift

Obviously, there is a very meaningful relationship between quality of life and geographical location. Christians and Atheists are equally well off in America and equally poorly off in third world countries. Just another argument, among hundreds, for the non-existence of god.

Is it a test.
How long can you go on buying cashmere sweater sets when you know there are babies dying in Africa from malnourishment?...
We'll see how the Judgment goes down after that decision, right?

You and I can't solve these questions. Consider this. People is under serviced and undeveloped areas are often very happy and contented with their lives. I wish North Americans could say the same.

Believe it or not there are many there that consider themselves to be living a fortunately life. They are happy for everything that G-d has given them. The truly rich, we are told, are those who are happy with that which they have.
