Here are the directions/ingredients I have for a creamy mushroom chicken crock pot meal.

2-3 lbs chicken parts, skin removed
4 oz can mushrooms
2 10-oz cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth

Place chicken in slow cooker. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

Now I have put everything in (I used boneless skinless chicken breast) and there's about an hour left for it to cook, but it's very watery. Is there anything I can do to it to make it less watery or to serve it over?

Crock pot cooking is usually watery (er) than regular cooking. If you would put that in the oven it would still be watery.

I would make it into a gravy. It would make a really tasty gravy.

Take it out of the crock pot and place into a pot. Bring to a boil and add a flour/water mixture ( about 3 Tbsp flour to 1 cup water, whisked together) whisk until thickened. About 3-5 min.

You could serve it with a hot buttered pasta (long noodles like spaghetti, fettuchini, or linguine) mashed potatoes or rice. I think that would be really tasty.

Round it out with a salad or steamed veggie and you are good to go! Hope this helps.

Next time you could try not adding the liquid and it won't be so juicy. I think it would still taste really yummy!

Add a little corn starch mixed with cold water to thicken. Leave the lid off for a while (1/2 hour to hour) and it will thicken a little. Some of the liquid will evaporate.

If it doesn't thicken as it cooks and stands, then you can either add a little flour (really, a little at a time) or make some herbed rice or rice pilaf to serve it over or even really good "sticky" rice.
Sounds good though!
