In Spanish you can say this sentence without saying “yo”, which means “I”.

The above answers are mostly correct except that you don't even need "mi". In Spanish, the "my" is implied. Spanish speakers know that if you're saying I love you, you don't mean I love you with all HIS heart! :-)

So you can say:
Te amo con todo corazón.
