Be honest with people right up front when you start dating about what you want. You may have to go through a lot of people before you find someone who's into it, but it's better than the disappointment on both ends once time has been invested in a relationship and you spring it on someone who cares about you just to find out that your idea is less than appealing to them. I'm sure your girl is out there somewhere. Some women really enjoy that. Try doing a yahoo search for fetishes and see if there are any clubs or people in your area and go from there.

From experience, you have two options:
1) lose a bet with that a condition of loss'
2) tell someone you trust and is understanding.

Try posting in an appropriate forum/venue for people who enjoy cross dressing. You're less likely to get judgement and more likely to find people who can give you helpful advice.
