For "I" you have to open the mouth, but only at the beginning, then, for the second part of the sound, you close the mouth, but not entirely, only half closed, actually, so the last part of the sound represented by the "I" letter can be uttered. Then, for the sound represented by letter "L" you have to put the tongue on the roots of your front teeth. The sound represented by the "O" letter is uttered...

I'm guessing you're trying to tell your boyfreind or girlfriend that you love them. My advice would be to tell them that there are no words to describe what you're feeling towards them.
