I am looking for a recipe for coffee cake that starts with a cake mix. Thank you!

My Favorite...

Duncan Hines Coffee Cake recipe
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk

Blend cake mix and pudding. Add rest of ingredients. Beat all together for 10 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.

Topping
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Mix together. Pour half of the batter in a greased angel food pan. Sprinkle half of the topping on the batter; cut in and add remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining topping on cake.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until it passes the clean wooden pick test.

Well, this doesn't use coffee, but it also doesn't use a packaged cake mix either. You might like it. COFFEE CAKE Cake • 1 c margarine • 3 tsp baking powder • 1 1/2 c sugar • 1 tsp salt • 3 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • 1 c milk • 3 c flour • 1/2 c melted margarine FIlling • 1 1/2 c brown sugar (may substitute 1 cup of chopped nuts for 1/2 cup brown sugar) • 2 tsp cinnamon Icing • Combine a small amount of powdered sugar with water to make a thin glaze. • Blend margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Alternate milk with dry ingredients. • Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Add 1/2 of filling and cover with remaining batter. Top with remaining filling. • Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 300 degrees. Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine on top and bake for 45-50 minutes longer. • Let it cool slightly and then drizzle with powdered sugar icing.

1 box white cake mix, 2 layer size
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Pour batter into two greased 9-inch square pans and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Drizzle melted butter over warm cake. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans and sprinkle over cake.
Quick and Easy Coffee Cake serves 10 to 12.

INGREDIENTS:
1 yellow cake mix, 2-layer size
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup pancake syrup
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
PREPARATION:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into 2 8-inch cake pans.
Bake 10 minutes in a 350° oven. Remove pans from oven. Sprinkle chopped evenly over both cakes. Combine pancake syrup and cinnamon; drizzle over both cakes.

Pour melted butter over both cakes; do not spread or stir.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool slightly and serve warm.

It sounds good enough I might have to make it this weekend too!

BUTTER PECAN COFFEE CAKE

1 pkg. Butter Pecan Cake Mix
1 can coconut pecan frosting
5 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans (divide in 2 portions)

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix cake mix, can of frosting, eggs, water, and 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Grease and flour bundt or pound cake pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup pecans in bottom of pan. Pour cake mixture over pecans and bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool almost completely in pan. Turn over onto a serving plate.

Bisquick Coffee Cake
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

------------------------STREUSEL TOPPING------------------------------
1/3 c bisquick original baking mix
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 ts ground cinnamon
2 tb firm margarine or butter

--------------------------COFFEE CAKE---------------------------------
2 c bisquick original baking mix
2/3 c milk or water
2 tb granulated sugar
1 egg

Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9" round pan. Mix Streusel Topping
ingredients until crumbly; set aside.

Stir coffee Cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan; sprinkle with
Streusel Topping.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. 10 servings

Coffee Cake Ingredients
4 egg yokes
4 egg whites
¼ cup of sugar
45 grams of almonds, minced
½ teaspoon of vanilla
3 teaspoons of instant coffee dissolved in;
4 teaspoons of boiling water (let it cool)
30 grams of flour
Coffee grains bathed in chocolate finely grated chocolate

Coffee Cream Recipe
1 cup of thick whipped cream
1 teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in
2 teaspoons of boiling water (let it cool)
1-2 tablespoons of glazed sugar
2 tablespoons of coffee liquor
