Dose it matter if she smokes?

My girl friend smokes. I don't. we are only 15... I told her she shouln't smoke but she said she'll never quit :(

I love her so much but I hate the smell of smoke and her house her clouse her hair... and her lips taste of it and wrest of all I'm getting used to it all

My girlfriend smoked, and I smoked. We both agreed that it's bad for each other, and made each other quit.

Does it matter that she smokes? Yes, of course it matters!! Don't you know second hand smoke kills?! Do you want lung cancer for HER decsion to destroy her life?! Further more, don't you care about her health? Do you like kissing smoke?? Why wont she ever quit? She sounds like a self destructive, selfish girl to me, who doesn't care about her health, or about you're concerns for her.

And it sounds to me, like she's choosing cigarettes over you. I'm not saying you should make her choose.... Don't be like, it's me or the cigarettes, 'cause she will definetly choose the smokes. I know if my girl made me choose, I would chose the smokes, just to prove a point to her... But you need to let her know about your concerns. Let her know that the smell is a real turn off... And if you can't take it no more, and she never stops, YOU have two options. Put up with it, or leave.

It's does (not dose) and it matters a lot, or will in the long run. Cigs are seriously damaging to your health (and 2nd hand smoke harms those around the smoker), not to mention they typically smell bad, give you bad breath and a bad tasting mouth, make your clothes/car/home (anything fabric) smell bad, are a fire hazard, are litter if you don't dispose of your cig butts properly, and are rather expensive...a slow form of suicide basically.

particular. that is referred to as 2d hand smoke and is quite risky too. a great number of toddlers and small youngsters get ill from it. My english instructor had the lower back of her larynx burnt off from being around 2d hand smoke in a job years in the past. SHe had to examine the thank you to speak a thoroughly diverse way and became into in a super sort of discomfort. So that's risky.

She has no regard for her health or the health of anyone around her including you. Did you know that secondhand smoke is as bad as smoking yourself? A girl who smokes at 15 is bad news.

15 is way too young to be smoking, especially if she's only a teenager - it's illegal. Comment on whitening your teeth, and tell her she should try it. Take a few pictures of her smiling and show them to her. She'll be horrified by how yellow and disgusting her teeth are.

Or, just refuse to kiss her.

thats up to you. do you think she's worth it or do you just want a girlfriend? it seems to really bother you, if you can not deal with her smoking then you need to break up with her. if shes not even going to try quitting when she knows you hate it, then shes not a very caring girlfriend.

my boyfriend smokes but he atleast tried to quit because he knows i dont like it. he hasnt quit but i still love him, i can deal with the smoking. but if your absolutely disgusted with her smoking then maybe you should break up with her.

It's your choice, but alot of my family has had health problems from smoking(usually death from lung cancer) and I really think you should either get her to quit or dump her.
