No, Iraq as a country didn't attack the USA, but they were being ran by a man that was just as bad as Osma Bin Laden, in his own way. We were originally told the main reason was because of WMD, but in the long run we seem to now be rescuing a country. Unfortunately, if history is to be our guide, we won't ever see peace and true democracy in Iraq. The United States of America is officially between a rock and a hard place.

I really hate these Us and We questions, as they plop me on the same pile of dung that our Gubament is standing on. I didn't bomb anyone in Iraq, nor was I asked for my opinion, however I did see shock and awe on the tube. I did see the leader of our Great Country say, " mission Accomplished " then I recieved a call from my Son after he was in country for his second rotation, and he said " Dad, this is some sick ****,..it's like a fckn turkey shoot...and we're the turkey's". With that said, right or wrong, left or right....I , you, us or we... didn't bomb anyone., those orders came from a lunatic and his Cronies.

No not Directly. However Iraq is haven for terrorists. We are here getting rid of them.Just to clear things up.Anyone who said this war is wrong and Bush lied and all that. They have never been to Iraq and don't know what is going on here.
Take it from someone who is in Iraq now.We need to be here and to finish this. The problem and reason we cannot finish is that all the bleeding heart liberals who only encourage and embolden terrorism, get in the way. They spend more time trying to charge American soldiers for war crimes than they do actually trying to help the country.

Yes, Iraq attacked the United States. Not a week went by in 12 years that they didn't violate the "no-fly zone" or shoot at our planes or people who were there to protect the Kuwaitis. That, in itself, was enough provocation to go in and finish the job. Saddam signed the peace agreement, then decided not to abide by it.

Yes, Iraq did attack the US. First it attacked Kuwait. We sent forces to defend Kuwait. They attacked our forces in the Gulf region. Beyond that, we had one of Saddam's advisors on the CIA payroll feeding us info. What we know is that Saddam wanted any WMD he could get his hands on and it was only a matter of time. Our biggest mistake was not committed not by Bush jr but Bush sr. when he didn't finish the job of removing Saddam when we defended Kuwait. When we pulled out, Saddam slaughtered many Iraqis that rose up against him.

because Saddam was giving money to terrorist organizations and allowing them to use training facilities in Iraq. Also because Saddam wanted the world to believe he had WMDs. And because of over 100 security resolutions detailing Iraq's defiance of the 1991 agreement.

Iraq ignored all UN resolutions. Everyone (incuding liberals) voted to give the president the authority to use force in Iraq. Then when things turned bad, everyone said that Bush lied! Well, the Clinton lied, Al Gore lied, John carrey lied. The UN lied. The whole world knew that Seddam had WMD's. He used them on his own people! He murdered hundreds of thousands of people!
I guess we should have left Hitler alone too.!

No ... and the US had no right to bomb them. Bush and co have blood on their hands for an unprovoked attack on thousands of innocent civilians who just happened to be lead by a regime that was funded and armed by the ... yes, you guessed it ... the Americans

Nope, never did anything to the US. Saddam was a friend to the US till Israel told them to bomb them.
