No, It will remove superficial stains that are caused by the coffee or wine you drank last night, but it will not remove cigarette and stains caused by prolonged use of tea and coffee. Another bleaching product that works is crest whitestrip, but keep in mind that it too is a superficial whitener. If you would like lasting results you need PROFESSIONAL bleaching. If you want to go the journey and have extra cash on hand you can get moldings that will last for 20 years.

Whitening toothpaste has so little of the bleaching agent that it's not that effective. Whitening toothpaste will not give you the hollywood white smile. If you want that the Crest whitening strips work, although I tried them and couldn't get over the icky taste and texture. Or you can go to your dentist and they can make bleaching trays for you and you can buy bleach from the dentist- I would recommend that way. IF you want results right away many dentist can whiten your teeth in one hour, but it costs anywhere from $150-$300 depending on where you go.

Almost every toothpaste has teeth whitening in it now. It's not much of a difference. You should try whitening strips or something like that to see better results.

It will only help a little, by removing surface stains. Dramatic whitening can only be seen by bleaching your teeth (you can do this safely by using crest whitestrips they work). Try the toothpaste for a while first though, you may be satisfied with the results. Give it a few weeks.

I like it and it is pretty good, but if you really want white teeth and can afford it, many dentists can do special whitening treatments!
