Looks like olive skin tone and hair, to me, looks like a warm(meaning a hint of red) light to medium brown.
She has hazel eyes (I have hazel and depending on what colors I wear will bring out the brown or hazel in my eyes).
I would say colors that has a warm base to it.. And no bright blonde hair.. Maybe dark auburn, warm dark brown, red with a base of blue or purple - no green base or strawberry blonde.

her hair color would have to be a mix between hazlenut(dark) and chestnut(light). her skin tone is probably normal/olive.

Looks like a "Chestnut Brown" hair color and her complexion is kind-of a "peachy" bordering on light "olive".

she has carmel colored hair and tan(ish) skin
she would look very pretty with any color hair-except maybe black and bleach blonde, but anything in-between would be fine
