In the past she has been very flirty with me, always pay me attention, laughs at my stupid humor, touches me or makes contact with me alot, has suggested that we hook up a few times when she was drunk, let's me grab her butt, gets very shy when we are alone together. Now today she brings up the fact that she has not been able to do number 2 for 4 days. We joked about it for like 15 minutes, laughed quite a bit and discussed other issues and had a great conversation but I'm concerned about this because I dont feel girls would talk about something like this with someone they have a crush on. What do you all think ?

She may just be a very open girl - she's already talked about hooking up. She could like you as more than a friend, but probably never a boyfriend. Sounds like she's a good girl for hook ups.

Girls are very different than guys when it comes to willingness to discuss matters that may be considered personal or private. This trait only increases with age. Women talk a lot. Women talk a lot about everything. We talk about sex more than men do and in different ways. We talk about our periods, which men mostly consider really gross and weird. We talk about weird bodily afflictions, pimples, hairs in weird places... etc..etc..etc..
I think she spoke with you about being constipated because she's comfortable with you, she's trying to make you laugh. Not because she views you as just a friend. To me it sounds like she enjoys your attention and she is interested in you. She feels more comfortable with you after the time you've spent together, enough to speak with you about being constipated and joke about it with you.
I don't think you should take this as a bad sign at all! In fact, i think she may be waiting for you to ask her first. Women LOVE when the guy they're interested in asks them first. So ask her to be your girlfriend or to date you or to "hook up" or whatever it is you're interested in doing with her.

Girls will not tell a guy gross things about themselves if they like you. Just like guys won't tell girls stufff like that because it is such a turn off! She must really like you as a friend because that is really too much information! I wouldn't tell anyone stuff like that unless it's my doctor or family members! Can you say yuck!
