We are already dating. She says she loves me but whenever we are close she just doesn't move in for the kiss. I am in seventh grade too. We really like each other I just want to kiss her you know?

well if your not already going out, then you should ask her, just to make sure she does like you! and maybe just keep doing these little things hinting to her that you want to kiss her, eventually she will kiss you
