No where, most girls are smart enough not to hang out with people like you so they can have a real relationship. Why do you want no strings attached? You are sticking a part of your body into someone else's. You might have an unwanted pregnancy or STD. Then there will be loads of strings attached. Think about what you're doing before you do it. I'm not trying to judge you, I'm trying to save you a big mistake!

The most obvious place would be the internet. There are tons of websites you can go to, to find what your looking for. Or you can palce a carefully worded add in the personals sections of your ISP, or ,a number of other websites. Good luck w/your search.

Sex "withough strings attached" is not possible.
People who engage in sexual relations are intimately connected, whether that's what they intended or not. Other "strings" such as pregnancy or STDs may also come with sex, whether you like it or not (after all, no form of birth control works 100% of the time, and they do not protect against STDs).
Grow up, and get a hobby or something. There are so many better things to be doing with your life than being such a selfish jerk.
