I wouldn't use them once they are past 6 months unless you put them in a really good freezer bag and freeze it.

Since she is a small breed dog, your best bet is to take her to your nearest vet. This is especially the case if she has had seizures before. They should keep up to 18 month under "perfect" conditions, that is 55-60F and 55-65% humidity. If you want to store them for months, and you don't have a "perfect" place to store them, it's better to freeze rather than refrigerate them.
I just put them in a pretty bowl or candy dish and let everyone eat them like M&M'S. They're invariably gone within days.
