Nosotros means WE in a plural sense. Vosotros means We in a more formal way that no one uses anymore. Example- Tenemos means to have, so nosotros tenemos means "we have" (sorry about the bad spelling its been a few years!)

Spanish nosotros command is the same as Let's in English; it's used for first person plural, namely We. The format of nosotros command is changing "a" to "e" for ar group and "e" and "i" to "a" for er and ir groups.
Hablar (ar group). Hablamos=we talk. Hablemos=let's talk ("a" changed to "e")
Comer (er group). Comemos=we eat. Comamos=let's eat ("e" changed to "a")
Vivir (ir group). Vivimos=we live. Vivamos=let's live ("i" changed to "a")

To know how to do these commands, you first need to learn a verb tense called subjunctive. In easy words, if it is a regular verb this is what you do:

If the verb is regular and in infinitive ends with -ar (cantar, bailar, caminar), then you remove the -ar ending and substitute it with -emos. So, cantAR becomes cantEMOS (let's sing), bailAR becomes bailEMOS (let's dance), and caminAR becomes caminEMOS (let's walk).
Now, if the verb ends with -ER, you substitute it with -AMOS.
CorrER becomes corrAMOS (let's run), comER becomes comAMOS (let's eat), and so on.
If the verb ends with IR you also substitute it with AMOS.
EscribIR becomes escribAMOS (let's write).

Again, this only applies if the verbs are regular. If they are irregular, there are no rules to follow, you'll just have to memorize them.

Nosotros(as) means we. Example- Jugar means to play so we play is nosotros jugamos. Vosotros means you several friends... Example- Ser is to be... So it would be vosotros sois... Hope that helps...
