OK, here's a pretty tough riddle...?

Question

This Riddle takes place in rural times, you know, roads made of black and white rocks, people living in huts, poor sense of government, the whole bit.
A father promised his daughter to a man she did not want to marry. After she told him this, he regretted his decision, and tried to persuade the man to not marry her, but he refused. Finally, after numerous askings, the man said this. He would hold out two bags, one with a white rock, and one with a black rock. If the daughter picked the white rock, she would not have to marry him, but if she picked the black rock, she would. But, she finds out that night, that the man put black rocks in both bags, so that she would have to marry him. The next day, she had to pick the bag. How does she get out of marrying him?
No, the answer is not that she would say that both bags have black rocks. Its a little more creative than that...

No, she cannot change the rocks in any way, or put white rocks in the bags. Yes, I do know the answer.

She picks a rock, holding it tight in her hand so he can't see it. Then she pretends to drop it, but of course it blends in to the rocks in the road. So she says, "well, show me what's in the other bag that I didn't pick, and we'll know that my rock was the other color." Unless the rock guy admits to her father that he rigged the game, he'll have to pretend she picked the white rock.

Because he didnt take out the white rock in one of the bags, it said that he just put black rocks in both bags, didnt say anything bout taking the white rock out. So when she went to pick a rock outta the bag she had chosen, she picked the white one outta the black rocks, he was just trying to make her chances worse.

Ok, tough one. When it comes to pick the bags (girl has a backpack), she puts one hand behind her back. With her other hand, she points to a bag. She asks the guy if she can hold the bag in her hand. He lets her. She clutches the white rock in her hand so the guy won't see it. She drops it in the bag and picks up the black rock. She pretends she's scratches her back as if she is nervous. She drops it in her backpack. Then, she picks up the white rock from the bag in her hand.

She asks him to choose a bag himself, and she will accept the results of the bag that is left over. He has no choice but to select a black rock bag, and she doesn't need to open, for the other must contain a white rock.

Then, when they checked the remaining bag, it had a black rock, making them think she picked the white rock
