If you where truly evil, then you wouldn't care. I have never met a nun, but they probably blessed you because you asked if they needed help, feeling that the only guidance worth needing is in to the light of the Lord.

First of all, you asked a nun if she needed help. I don't think an evil person would have. They probably would've had the compulsion to do something bad to her. I'm sure that she was just trying to be nice to you. Maybe she could see the sadness in your soul. You shouldn't hold in your anger though. It can cause all types of problems in your relationships and in your body-physically. It can make you physically sick. Usually people hold in their anger because they are people pleasers or because growing up they weren't allowed to express their anger and so they were forced to stuff it and pretend like everything was ok. Also depression is just anger turned inwards. It is one possible reason why you were depressed and could lead to depression again if you are not careful. I don't know about your past, but letting go of this person who is somewhat bad was probably a good idea. It's good to surround yourself around positive people. It's amazing how someone's mood can be so contagious. I know that when I was around my dad a lot, it made my depression worse, because he was so depressed and that's all he talked about- the negative. Yet, when I went to biblestudy, I always felt better after going because the people there were so positive. Don't be scared. I don't believe your evil and it seems like you are trying to better your life.
