Almost all the cats they use on advertisements now come from cat trainers who train their cats for specific things that adverts look for.

I think that you will probably find in the cat model world being beautiful is not enough. You usually see that they belong to specialist trainers and they know how to sit and meow on command.

you can try promoting her, but there is not much work for long haired cats, most of the advertising comapnies use short haired ones. Also, there are thousands of enquiries every week. But good luck, give it a try

i have a friend who runs a company called animal dramatics - she acts as an agent and would put your cats details on her books until she is contacted with an offer of work for that particular animal. she has her own website - it might be worth checking it out.

good luck

well i don't know if things have changed, but years ago, i had the opportunity to have my dog be a model for purina.
i changed my mind when i found out that if he were chosen, i would have to sign papers giving up all rights to him(in other words-give my dog to purina).
needless to say, after that he only ATE purina, and stayed a dog, not a star!!!
think about this one...................
