To the best of my knowledge cabbage only comes in two colours.
There is the normal green/white cabbage and there is also a red or purple cabbage (depending on your colour perspective).

Yes... Cabbage comes in two colors purple and green. there is not much difference but the purple cabbage has a little more of a bitter taste. It looks better in salads and col slaw though

yes there's red (or purple) green in the spring and white in the winter (in the winter the summer cabbage ripens and turns white ).they can store cabbage for six (6) months.

yes... there are several types, chinese, which i know is green, than there is a red cabbage and a green cabbage(both look like a head of lettuce)i know there are more, but i believe they onl come in green and "red"

HI WhatwhyDi, Cabbage can be Green, Red, or White.
Green is the normal colour, Red cabbage is normally pickled
and white cabbage used in cole slaw and saurkraut...
