im 18. I just broke up with my bf after 3 years. A week later I'm dating someone else. We've come really close to having sex, but I don't want him to think I'm using him as a rebound. Should I wait to have sex with him? He's definitly bf material and he makes me remember what my ex and I were missing. He's perfect and gorgeous. But how do I know that I'm not just wanting to hang out with him because I'm loney? I really really like him though, but is it bad to forget my ex so soon?

You should definitely wait. Even though you have a really good first impression, you've only known him a week! You need to give yourself some time to "heal" after your bf of 3 years. If he's really going to be your BF, then why not see if he's good as a friend first? About forgetting your ex, it might be good if you're ready to forget him. It depends on how you two ended the relationship.

um no love comes and goes all the time and its no limit to how long u should start dating again in fact i thinj its a good thang that ur not dying ova him lol just tell this new guy whats up and c what happens but keep in mind that u have to b safe and u dont wanna ruch things just let it flow

I would not jump into anything this early in the relationship. Take it slow so you can be sure of your feelings. I really don't think you have forgotten your ex, or you wouldn't be worried about it.
