Help! I have a friend who's crushing on the guy I like?

I liked this guy before she had even seen him, and once I pointed him out to her and now she's totally giving hints that she likes him! How can I get her to back off?

Unfortunately, all is fair in love and war. She should have some respect towards you, knowing you like this guy. But just like you, she can't help who she gets attracted to. And if the roles were reversed, do you think YOU would back off, if you were very attracted to the same guy?

I say, make it a friendly competition. With still respecting each others' friendship, see who gets lucky first. And may the better girl win. And whoever wins, leave it at that. There is still plenty of other guys out there.

You can not stop her from hitting on him, the only thing you can do is tell her how you feel and let her chose if this guy is worth hurting the friendship. Also see how the guy reacts to her, even if she stops hitting on him, if he made one pass at her, lose him.

i had a bestfriend who'd do the same thing and it drove me crazy, anything i liked she liked. i think its just something friends do.

how is she hinting that she likes him too? is she flirting with him? if so, you should be asking yourself if you really want to be friends with this girl. it's really disrespectful of this girl if she is flirting with him.

next time you like a guy, dont tell her because shes going to do the same thing with the next guy. some girls are just like that...

tell her i liked him first and dont understand why you all of a sudden like him....the number one rule of friends is whoever sees the guy first gets him shes not a friend if she is getting in the way


what me and my best friend did when we were in high school was has our list in our head of all the guys that were off limits, everytime we saw a hot guy whoever said my list first got him even if they were ganna talk to him or not...it's silly but it works
