You can process/puree anything to a point where chewing is not required. Just think about it.
Basic Fruit Smoothie
1 frozen banana (yes it has to be frozen, this maintains the consistency)
1 c fruit of your choice: strawberries, pineapple (I use canned), grapes, peaches, raspberries (I use frozen, and less than 1/4 c), you name it
8 oz orange juice
1 scoop vanilla or flavorless protein powder (this is what will fill you up)
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If too tart, add 1/2 cup milk. If too thin, add a few ice cubes and puree again. Pour in large glass or water bottle and drink with a straw.
Faux-tay-toes (for low-carbers or those just plain sick of potatoes)
Take a head of fresh cauliflower, chop and boil until soft. Drain water, and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp butter, 1/4c sour cream, and 1/4c milk. Mash using a hand mixer, and continue to add milk until consistency is like mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Don't forget your veggie protein sources, like hummus (cooked mashed chickpeas), cooked beans (season and boil them to within an inch of their lives and then puree - think of them like refried beans) and soft tofu.
For your chocolate fix, may I present:
Easy Chocolate Mousse (Pampered Chef Recipe, 2005)
1/2 block of cream cheese, softened
8oz container of whipped topping, thawed
1/2c chocolate chips
2 tbsp confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Melt chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in separate bowl until smooth. Add melted chocolate and stir until smooth. Add whipped topping until smooth. 10 servings.

I hope it's cause you just had dental work or at least a problem that's being treated - otherwise go get medical help! Having said that and assuming it's a long term thing...
Mash bananas, mashed potatoes (you can "spice" them with garlic, powdered ranch dressing, etc), pudding, jello, Lipton cup o' noodles without the "chicken", tomato soup, applesauce (homemade is better and EASY to make), oatmeal, cream of wheat, hummus, refried beans, yogurt (depending on the trouble you're having, you can get fruit flavored without the fruit in it - oh and if you freeze it and then eat it as it begins to thaw - lower fat alternative to ice cream)
Hope that helps a little - and that you're better soon!
