Hi
I used to work with miniture Schnauzers, thery are the most adorable little beings on the planet.. Attentive, caring, intelligent.

They all had really good names that match their personality. so before you name her sit back and take a few days to learn about her what she is like.

Is she a lady? or a tomboy? Is she graceful or clumsey? Is hse bullheaded or Quiet?
I think these questions need to be answered cos the little darlings are so full of character that to name them without knowing them is wrong.

So onto names, Any flower names are good. E.G. Daisy, Poppy, Rose. Eva is a good one. Personality names are quite good as well. We had a couple that were called Scratch and Sniff because as puppies one would scratch at the door the other would sniff under it.

So you don't need to use regular names odd one can apply just as well.
Learn your dog and learn her traits. Take your time. And use your imagination.

But most importantly above all else.

LOVE YOUR LITTLE GIRL!!! She will heaps tons of love on you!

Since schnauzers are German doggies. How about a German name like Brunhilde-Hildy for short or Shatzie which means little darling. Lorelei is the beautiful mermaid of the Rhine river. I had a fox terrier name Maxie the Windtbeutel which means windbag but actually it's a type of donut-sweet and puffy.

If your "ma" got a new dog,let her name it.!!
I think that you should give it an Irish name. After all,you are getting it on the 19 "o March".!!
How about "Pattie O'doors" or "Doggie O'doors"
